INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:


1. Allow Product 24 Hours to Acclimate if stored in high temperature variances

2. Measure wall & panels. Cut to size as required
3. Make sure the wall is flat without any bumps, humps, screw heads sticking out etc.
4. Dry lay the panel to make sure its cut properly. Use a leveler and Mark with a pencil on the wall for guidance5. Use SPC High Tack Wall Adhesive with a caulking gun. Apply two thick dabs starting ( 2" inches | 5cm ) below the top of panel. Continue applying 2 thick dabs every 8 - 10 inches along the rest of the panel. 

6. Carefully install the panel on the wall insuring straightness following the guides marked with a pencil. Immediately apply pressure on the panel against the wall especially on the glue points. 

7. For all the next panels; after applying adhesive carefully fit the tongue and grove without pushing | moving | lifting the previously glued panel. Follow the same instructions for each subsequent panel. 

8. Clips & Screws are recommended to be used on the panels to provide additional stability. Use 3 to 4 Clips & Screws spaced evenly apart from the top to the bottom of the panels. Short Install video available for reference.

WATER RESISTANT |  LOW MAINTENANCE

FLUTED SPC PANELS are designed to be a low maintenance solution for any residential & commercial feature walls. The surface is 100% water proof, however water can penetrate through the edges therefore they cannot be used in wet areas like showers. Products can be cleaned with a microfiber duster. Water mixed with a PH neutral cleaner can be applied to a microfiber cloth to wipe down the panels. 

ECO FRIENDLY PRODUCTION

Our production encompasses recycling systems that produce ZERO manufacturing waste. With a recent 6mw solar system investment - 100% of our factory will operate using Green Renewable Energy.
